Warranty and Returns

At chicnowa, we offer: 30 Days Return Warranty. Customers can contact us within 30 days from delivery date to request a return & exchange. Our Q&C Team will inspect your items prior to shipping because customer satisfaction is always our top priority. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order!

How to Reach Us

To apply for a ticket of return or exchange, please email to our customer service and include: order number, the question you want to solve. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. You will then receive an email with the return shipping address which you will use it to ship back the items.

Our Solutions:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product

    Notes:

    • Please do not return items to the address on waybill, this is the carriers' warehouse address, not our returning address.
    • All items must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept the returned item that was worn, torn, snagged, stained or altered in any way, they must be in original condition when being returned.
    • Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will help for us to track your return status and process. Please note the provided tracking number must be trackable, chicnowa is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit, you can contact shipping company for a claim.
